With this unique blend of tart lemon peel, warm dill and pungent garlic, add a refreshing flavor to grilled fish, seafood and poultry.  Combine with melted butter to create a dipping sauce for shrimp or lobster.  Give zing to garden fresh carrots, zucchini and green beans.

Citrus Grilled Salmon Recipe:  Sprinkle one side of salmon fillets with Durkee Grill Creations Citrus Grill Seasoning (use about 2 tsp. per pound).  Grill or broil until fish flakes with a fork.  Serve with this tasty dipping sauce:  combine ½ cup sour cream, ½ cup mayonnaise, 1 tbsp. pickle relish and ¾ tsp. of Citrus Grill seasoning.  Chill 30 minutes.
