Rotisserie Style Chicken Recipe: Rub 2 Tbsp. Olive Oil over 4 whole Chicken. Combine 1 Tbsp. Lawry’s Seasoned Salt and 1 tsp. Lawry’s Seasoned Pepper and sprinkle over outside and inside cavity of chicken. Roast in 375ºF oven until juices run clear and thickest thigh joint reaches 175ºF, about 1 hour 20 minutes. (Serves 8)
