.100% onion pieces, uniform in size, processed from a superior strain of white onion. Sizing is large enough to be visible, about 3/8 to 7/8-inch in size. The flavor is very similar in characteristics to garlic, but is much milder and much sweeter.

Serving Suggestions
Use where a distinguishable onion piece is desired and chopped texture is needed. Perfect for pot roasts, corn beef hash, Mexican dishes, chowders, soups, stews, relishes, or chili. Or rehydrate and use as a topping for burgers, brats or hot dogs. Rehydrate for 10 minutes in equal volume of water, drain and use. No rehydration is necessary if cooking in a moist dish like soups, stews or sauces. One pound of Tone's Chopped Onion equals 8 pounds of chopped, raw onion. 1/4 cup Tone's Chopped Onion equals 1 medium onion. 1 teaspoon Tone's Chopped Onion equals 1 tablespoon chopped fresh onion.
