We ship FedEx or U.P.S. to the continental United States - allow up to 7 days.
Postal Service to Canada / Alaska / Hawaii - allow 14 days

Other Countries: We offer FedEx Air to countries FedEx services. Just type in your shipping address into the commit box. We will charge your card the additional difference between the chosen checkout freight charges and the actual freight charges on the day it is shipped. Any import charges are your responsibility at the time of delivery. Most orders will be delivered within 5 days.

Large equipment items: (barbecue grills, patio furniture, etc.) are shipped only to U.S. addresses and by ground (not air). Please help us by selecting your choice of shipping methods with this policy in mind. If you are willing to pay for air shipping on large items, please phone us after placing the order and we will arrange for it and bill your card the additional amount needed to off-set the expense.
